Curried Chicken

Steps

  1. Dice onions, carrots, potatoes, apple, and celery. Sauté in margarine until softened.
  2. Add curry powder and let it burn slightly. Add flour and stir to combine.
  3. Add stock or water and Maggi cubes to the pot. Add pineapple or pineapple juice to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté deboned chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Add to the pot with the vegetables.
  5. Bring to taste.
